There are two types of special licenses available in Putnam County, the SFX licenses for restaurants and the Special Hotel Licenses. SFX licenses are issued pursuant to Florida Statute 561.20(2)(a)4 and hotel licenses are issued pursuant to Florida Statute 561.20(2)(a)1, each regulating specific requirements for the establishments, in order to grant them liquor licenses.
