- Equipped to serve: full course meals for 150 at tables; alcohol limited to table service with meals, except an open bar or cocktail lounge (up to 10% of restaurant capacity at 2,500–3,999 sq ft; allowed at 4,000+ sq ft)
- At least 51% of gross revenue from food and non-alcoholic beverages
- Set by special act 2012-241 for Citrus
Hotel or Motel License
- At least 50 guest rooms (special act 71-588)
- Issued only to the owner or lessee of the hotel or motel
Condominium License
- At least 100 units rentable to transient guests
