Before proceeding, please review the following disqualifying factors under Florida Statutes Section 561.15:

  • Beverage law violations within the past 5 years
  • Drug-related convictions (Chapter 893 or controlled substance violations) within the past 5 years
  • Prostitution-related offenses within the past 5 years
  • Felony convictions within the past 15 years
  • Any corporate officers meeting these criteria

You must be 21 years of age or older to qualify.
