Special Restaurant Licenses


Osceola County Licenses are given under the 69-793 Special Act which enables the issuing of permits to establishments where there is a bona fide restaurant that has at least 4,000 square feet in actual permanently covered floor space, a seating capacity of 200 patrons and more than half of the gross revenues coming as a consequence of the selling food or any type of non-alcoholic beverages.


Special Hotel licenses


Osceola County Licenses must be issued under the 69-793, Special Act, to the following establishments:

  • hotels,
  • motels,
  • motor courts,

conditioned that they have no less than 75 rooms for guests and a percentage above 51 of gross revenues resulted from room renting.
