According to Martin County regulations, liquor licenses are provided to establishments that have a floor of 4,000 square feet under permanent cover and have seating for 200 clients, making 51% of their profit from the sale of food and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

At the same time, Martin County will offer liquor licenses only to motels, hotels and motor courts that have at least 55 guestrooms and no more that 99 guestrooms. Also, 51% of their revenue has to come from room rental.
