In the Marion County, liquor license can only be issued to restaurants that have a floor space of 1,800 square feet under permanent cover, ready to receive more the 100 individuals and 51% of their profit is made from food and non-alcoholic beverages serving. Additionally, motels, hotels or motor courts will not be able to obtain a liquor license unless these have more than 100 guestrooms and 51% the gross of the revenue comes from rentals.
