Special restaurant license in the Hendry County are issued pursuant to 71-660, Special Act, to bona fide restaurants with 4,000 square feet floors under permanent cover, 200 seats and 51% gross revenue from food and non-alcoholic beverages sales.
Special Hotel Licenses are issued pursuant to Florida Statute 561.20(2)(a)1 to establishments like hotels, motels, and motor courts that have at least 100 rooms and 51% gross revenue obtained from renting the rooms.
