Bar and Restaurant Restrictions March 17th,2020

An announcement was made March 20th, 2020 by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and signed into executive order by Gov. Ron Desantis which in simpler understanding "suspends liquor and alochol sales for Consumption on Premises, but now in turn allows the establishments with COP or SFS licenses to now sell Package Alcohol Sales until further notice!

This is a extremeley exciting news for establishments operating with a SFS license as well as 4COP only style licensees looking to still turn a profit from liquor sales now that Florida has gone to a take-out/delivery food regulation ONLY. The establishments which are now by executive order not allowed to service patrons as usual inside of the restaurant can still push sales thru delivery/and take out food including TO-GO ALCOHOL SALES, as stated in section 1A&B of the Executive Order 20-71.
