Duval County has special regulations regarding the restaurant and hotel liquor license. If you should own a restaurant, this has to have 1,800 square feet of floor and 51 % of their entire profit has to be made from the sale of non-alcoholic beverages and food.

In the case of a hotel, the establishment must have no less than 100 guest rooms, making 51% of its earnings from the actual rental of rooms.
