Clay County Liquor License

Clay County

Prior to the date of December 2, 2012, all of the businesses located in an unincorporated part of the Clay County were not allowed to sell alcohol beverages or refreshments on Sundays until the hour of 2 p.m. Many businesses and residents of this vast county of 643.69 sq. miles were complaining about the fact that they could not support the local shops and establishments due to the strict liquor laws. However, since the end of 2012 all of this has changed and the 190,895 residents in the Clay County area can now enjoy the loosened alcohol selling legislations. According to the spokeswoman representing the Clay County Supervisor of Elections Office, Kara Bozeman, current conditions for the commercialization of liquors include a limit of 7 a.m. as the earliest hour when selling alcohol is allowed, thus increasing the number of persons who will stop making the journey to other regions in the search for liquor.

With no more differences between the days of the week in Clay County when it comes to purchasing liquors from local shops, restaurants and hotels, there is no doubt that more and more units have been searching for a liquor license to satisfy the increased demand from behalf of the population. And if you too want to obtain the authorization to sell hard liquors, than you definitely need an experienced and professional advisor such as the ones provided by us at Liquor License Florida!
